Beverly Hills Screening Room

The Screening Room Building is an addition to a large residence in Beverly Hills. It is in effect a separate, free-standing building which is connected to the Main House by a covered arcade. The new building along with the existing residence and the covered arcade form three sides of a new rose garden. The yard to the South side of the Screening Room contains a landscaped golf green and practice area.

The new structure is just less than 3,000-square-feet and houses a 35mm digital cinema screening room for sixteen people. There is also a lounge, a projection room, a garden hallway and a large double-height dance studio gym.
