This residence is situated in Hollywood Hills on a 3-acre oasis of green and with unobstructed views of the city below. The project is a remodel of a single story house into a three story home with a detached studio building, the building is designed to allow free access from and to the surrounding landscape from all stories - creating special moments as the landscape is brought close to the building. The studio building is a separate structure that sits atop the hill at a higher elevation, providing a sanctuary and a creative work space for the owner.
