This project consists of a small addition and the extensive remodel of an existing two-story Tudor style home in the Bel-Air neighborhood of Los Angeles.

For the most part, dark colors and finishes were replaced by lighter, brighter hues. The plans of the first and second floors were opened up, sight lines were extended and lines of axis were developed. A new, large kitchen was designed with an adjacent children’s playroom and a nearby TV room.
